Resistance against 20% hydrochloric acid!

Last month one of our partners had conducted an internal coating with highest product requirements, for a trailer with a capacity of 79 mp and destined to transport 20% hydrochloric acid. Anti-corrosion internal coatings act as a barrier to inhibit the contact between chemical substances and materials. But there are just a few coatings, which have a sufficient resistance against minerals acids, bases, organic solvents or highly corrosive liquids. For that we recommend you using ProGuard VEG. The combination of high quality resins and selected fillers (two pack special composite coating containing micro-ceramic particles reinforcement, based on an ultra modern Novolac-resin) allows ProGuard VEG to offer a remarkable resistance to aggressive chemicals, even at high temperatures.

Moreover, Proguard VEG is solvent-free and features an excellent abrasion resistance. Like every Ceramic Polymer coating for steal applications, Proguard VEG can be applied directly on the sandblasted substrate by conventional airless spraying methods.
