Proguard CN 200-LV2 - resistant against acidic detergent

Recently, a wash tunnel of the “German Railways“ in Dortmund/Germany was extensively repaired (complete replacement of the roof, insulation and covered of facades).

The internal surfaces were coverd with ProGuard CN 200-LV2, one of most high-performance coating system. Cleaning solutions (the detergent) used in this wash tunnel had a pH of 2,6, very acidic and highly corrosive. Only a hihg-quality coating, resistant to chemical corrosion provides an effetcive and long-term protection for this type of demanding requirement.

Proguard CN 200-LV2 is a two pack special composite coating containing micro-ceramic particles and nano-particle reinforcement, based on an ultra-modern Novolac-resin base, providing chemical resistance, corrosion and abrasion protection to a wide variety of substrates in extremely aggressive environments at elevated temperatures.
