Double-wall steel tank for underground storage

Volume:  80 m³ (devided in 2 x 25 m³ and 3 x 10 m³), diameter 2,9 m

Coating Product:  Proguard CN-OC

Layer Thickness: 800 µm, applied in 2 layers by airless spraying

Product Requirements: Extreme chemical resistance

 

 

Project nr.2

 

Double-wall steel stank for overground storage of methanol/ethanol

Volume: 30 m³, diameter 2 m

Coating Product: Proguard CN 200 a.s.

Layer Thickness: 600 µm, applied in 2 layers by airless spraying

Product Requirements:  High chemical resistance, antistatic properties

 

 

Project nr.3

 

Storage tank for water

Volume: 4 m³, diameter 1,6 m

Coating Product: Proguard CN 200

Layer Thickness: 1.000 µm, applied in 2 layers by airless spraying

Product Requirements: Pressure resistance (max. 6 bar), temperature stability (max. 110°C)
