Protective coating for substitution tanks

For several years many german companies uses the premium product “Proguard CN 200” continuously for the coating of specific substitution tanks. This kind of vessels for feeding systems of biogas plants are successfully applied in the whole biogas sector. Due to the internal coating, replacement tanks are optimally protect against chemical attack, while external layer prevent corrosion and abrasion effects on tanks.

“Proguard CN 200“ is applied directly on the sandblasted surface (without previous use of a primer) by conventional airless spraying methods.

2 layers of 500 microns each provide corrosion protection and durability for this scope.

Recently , the tanks were inspected for finding quality coating .

- After 3 ½ years of constant use, the surface coating is intact. The quality and high performance of ProGuard CN 200 product was once again confirmed
